Privacy policy
Effective August 27, 2026. This policy describes EverTitan’s website and administrative communication practices.
Clinical privacy documents
Independent clinical practices provide their own Notice of Privacy Practices when applicable. This policy does not replace a provider’s HIPAA notice or telehealth consent.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, demographic and eligibility information, inquiry content, appointment information, communication preferences, device and usage information, and payment or transaction records. Health information submitted through a secure clinical intake may also be processed by providers and service vendors.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, coordinate scheduling and support, verify basic eligibility, operate and secure services, process authorized transactions, comply with law, and send communications selected by the user. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with independent clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, scheduling and communications vendors, payment processors, security providers, and authorities when required by law. SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Retention, security, and choices
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method is completely secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal limits by emailing privacy@evertitan.com. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Minors, changes, and contact
