Terms of use
Effective August 27, 2026. These terms govern use of EverTitan’s website, consumer wellness offerings, and coordination services.
Eligibility and service area
You must be at least 18 years old. EverTitan currently coordinates services for eligible patients residing in Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Texas, Utah, and Washington. Telehealth services are available only when you are physically located in a state where the treating provider is licensed.
Dietary supplements
Dietary supplements are consumer products, not prescriptions or medical treatment. Review each product’s ingredients, directions, warnings, and label before use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have questions about potential interactions. Product-specific shipping, return, and refund terms are shown before purchase.
EverTitan’s role
EverTitan provides wellness information, consumer products, and access to provider-led clinical services. Independent licensed providers deliver medical services and exercise sole clinical judgment. EverTitan does not diagnose, prescribe, or control a provider’s decisions.
No guarantee
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling, paying a fee, completing laboratory work, or meeting a provider does not guarantee acceptance, treatment, a medication, or a prescription. Results vary. Providers may recommend no treatment or an alternative level of care.
Prescriptions and compounded medications
Prescriptions are issued only when a licensed provider determines they are medically appropriate and legally permitted. Controlled-substance requirements vary by state. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Pharmacy fulfillment and shipping depend on prescription validity, availability, jurisdiction, and applicable law.
Payments, cancellation, and third parties
All fees and recurring charges are disclosed before purchase. Specific cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout are incorporated here. Third-party providers, including clinicians, laboratories, pharmacies, payment processors, and scheduling services, may apply their own terms.
Emergency and informational limitations
EverTitan is not an emergency service. Call 911 for emergencies. Website content is general information and is not medical advice or a substitute for professional evaluation.
